Dr.Sumit Kumar Singh
SUMIT KUMAR SINGH (BORN ON 24 MARCH 1996) is an Indian skater and athlete from Delhi. He started skating at the age of seven. He was trained by his father Mr. Bhrigunath Singh and mother Mrs. Usha Singh. His father was posted in Sikkim at the time of his learning days but still he was instructing him over the phone. His mother who is not just his inspiration but everyone’s inspiration, diligently made him follow those Instructions. Sumit used to practice at the CPWD Ground in R.K.Puram, sec-9 . He used to start his practice early in the morning from 4:30 to 7.00 and again in the evening everyday as he was committed and persistent towards sports. His devotion and zeal made him won several national titles. Sumit participated in his first ever Nationals in the year 2003.
